CoDesign Student Challenge

Hands-on design workshops that connect students with professional designers, brands and real-world clients.
Diverse group of High School students work together on a design project.
This program provides young people with hands-on design experience in partnership with leading brands, industry professionals, and real-world clients. Students are compensated for their time and creative contributions, in line with CoDesign Collaborative’s commitment to equity.

A Design Educator leads 12-15 students through a structured workshop to prototype creative concepts and realize innovative designs that address real-world needs. The workshop draws inspiration from corporate partner products, engages their design team, and often culminates with a student design (or designs) being selected for a limited short-run production, providing ‘future designers’ with the opportunity to see their ideas in fabrication.
