Catherine Clarke is a Manager of New Hire Experience at Fidelity Investments with a BFA in design from Northeastern University. She is a leader for Fidelity Enable, an advocacy group for people with disabilities, and a certified Visual Thinking Strategies @ Work Facilitator through the Hailey Group. Inclusion and community care is fundamental to her design practice.
