We aim to revolutionize the workplace by promoting inclusive, collaborative, and innovative environments. Our work strives to enhance productivity, well-being, and employee satisfaction across various industries. By advocating for best practices in workplace design and fostering diverse workforces, we influence how organizations operate and evolve. Community
Our commitment to community-centered design drives us to promote spaces and programs that unite people. By championing inclusive design and fostering a sense of belonging, we aim to build stronger, more resilient communities, both by creating opportunities for local designers to gather as well as engaging in meaningful conversations around topics of deep impact, including healthcare, racial and disability justice, and civic innovation. Our work in this area emphasizes collaboration and active participation.
Education
We believe that education is the cornerstone of progress and are committed to supporting the next generation of creative problem-solvers, cultivating a learning mindset at all ages, and diversifying the field through education, mentorship, and opportunities. Participate in a program and/or read about educational spaces are being designed to be innovative and inclusive.
Environment
Everyone has a role to play in combating the climate crisis. We promote sustainability and resilience by highlighting and educating on innovative design solutions with an emphasis on climate justice, and the recognition that vulnerable communities are disproportionately affected by environmental challenges. Our goal is to get as many people influencing environmental policy and practice as possible in service of a healthier planet for future generations.
