CoDesign Collaborative LIVE: Civic Design & Innovation in Healthcare
Watch the recording of an inspiring conversation about civic design in healthcare from CoDesign Collaborative LIVE.
Description
On Wednesday, November 15, we welcomed three impressive design professionals working to improve and innovate the design of our healthcare services and benefits for a virtual CoDesign Collaborative LIVE conversation. Moderated by Jennifer Rittner, Associate Director and Assistant Professor in the School of Design Strategies at Parsons, panelists were Ashleigh Axios, CXO and Co-owner of Coforma; Shannan Elaine Clarke, CEO and Founder of Queen & Baby; and Sarah Konstantino, Product Director in UnitedHealth Group’s Strategy, Growth and Innovation organization. They discussed the impact and possibilities when human-centered design processes are centered in policy and healthcare solutions and offerings. The conversation touched on Black maternal health, expanded access to health benefits for the LGBTQ+ community, and the COVID-19 Health Equity Task Force.
