Jessica Ekong is a results-driven Global Human Resources leader with almost 20 years of Fortune 100 experience. Her tenure in the HR function has developed a deep expertise in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development, Employee Relations, Organization Development, and the HR Generalist spaces at companies such as Nike, Amazon, and Target. Her passion for leadership development and executive coaching is fueled by her desire for high achievement and empowering others.

Beyond the corporate spaces, Jessica is an Adjunct Professor for the Charles Lundquist College of Business at Portland State University. She is also the Founder and CEO of MindShift Coaching Group, a firm focused on providing strategic HR solutions, holistic leadership development, and career coaching for professionals, using authentic dialogue as a tool for sustainable change. She volunteers with Beaverton Public Schools in Beaverton, OR with a passion for Equity in Education. Jessica has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University and a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University.
