Emily Klein leads business strategy and enterprise transformation with global organizations across healthcare, life sciences, insurance, financial services, technology, higher ed, nonprofit and government sectors. She is a recognized thought leader, presenter and author on human capital strategy and innovative workspaces, the future of work, hybrid work, emerging technologies, employee health and wellbeing and navigating complex change. Throughout her career, Emily has built many successful partnerships with executive leaders and teams while helping to guide organizations from one stage of maturation to the next. She has served as a strategic advisor and executive coach for organizations including: Thomson Reuters, Point32 Health, BMC Health Net, Cisco, the CIO Executive Council/IDG, Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, and iF Design. Emily has also held executive leadership positions with Capgemini Invent, Perkins&Will and has been an advocate of the CoDesign Collaborative as both a board member and advisory board member for several years.
