As a strategist, Cerise advises leading organizations on identifying strategic opportunities that speak to broader business objectives, uncovering actionable insights around user needs and behaviors, and providing an overall strategy for real estate, workplace, and the employee experience.
In 2019, Cerise was recognized by Connect CRE Media as one of the Next Generation Honorees, recognizing young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
Cerise is passionate about sharing her point of view in a mission-driven workplace strategy. She has been honored to guest lecture at Cornell University, Northeastern University, Wentworth Institute of Technology, Suffolk University, and Bina Nusantara University, among other industry engagements.
Cerise currently serves as a committee member at CoreNet New England Real Advantage and CoDesign Collaborative’s Workplace Innovation Think Tank. Cerise holds bachelor and master degrees from Cornell University in Design + Environmental Analysis with a focus on human-centered design, real estate, workplace research, and health & well-being.
