Passionate about designing sustainable\, equitable solutions to systemic problems\, he loves working with nonprofit and for-profit organizations in the pursuit of delivering meaningful social and commercial impact. With a degree in Industrial and Product Design from Western Washington University\, Aidan began his career as an Industrial Designer at Bose Corporation\, where he realized the importance of bringing real people into the process of designing the products\, services\, and systems that shape their reality. DESCRIPTION:Workshop: Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS) for Inclusive Leadership | Level Two\nJoin us for the Level Two Visual Thinking Strategies workshop\, which builds on the skills introduced in the Introduction to Visual Thinking Strategies session.\n			\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Join us on July 9 from 1-2:30pm ET / 10-11:30am PT for Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS) Level Two professional development workshop. Visual Thinking Strategies is a facilitation methodology that uses art or visual stimuli to encourage group participation and critical thinking. \nThis 90-minute in-person session builds on the foundations of the Introduction to VTS workshop\, offered monthly. VTS has proven value across industries\, including business\, healthcare\, and education\, and helps leaders move away from “command and control” to truly unlock their team’s collective potential by fostering inclusivity\, psychological safety\, and collaboration in the workplace.. This 90-minute virtual session builds on the foundations of the Introduction to VTS workshop\, offered monthly. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding and comfort with utilizing VTS in the workplace and in their leadership practice. \nThe session will be led by Hailey Group VTS@Work-certified facilitator Josephine Holmboe.
