The home combines traditional elements of New England architecture—wood\, brick\, and fieldstone—with innovative materials including glass block\, acoustical plaster\, chrome banisters\, and the latest technology in fixtures. It features furniture designed by Marcel Breuer and fabricated in Bauhaus workshops\, alongside the Gropius family’s possessions\, still in place and offering a sense of intimacy.\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Field Trips are a benefit of membership in the Design Impact Society and Organizational Partnership. General Members are also welcome to reserve tickets for $15/person.
