She is a leader for Fidelity Enable\, an advocacy group for people with disabilities\, and a certified Visual Thinking Strategies @ Work Facilitator through the Hailey Group. Inclusion and community care is fundamental to her design practice. She is on the Board of Directors at CoDesign Collaborative. \n  \n\nAbout Rania AdwanRania Adwan is interested in designing systemic change that makes our power structures more fair\, just\, and equitable. Her work has been especially focused on police reform\, working with city leaders\, oversight agencies\, and law enforcement. When she’s not gently pushing cops to do better and be better\, she partners with leaders\, encouraging and supporting transformation and cultural change.
