As the Leader of Inclusive Design at Steelcase\, Kamara Sudberry brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership in integrating inclusive practices within corporate environments. She will unpack Steelcase’s innovative approaches and initiatives aimed at fostering genuine inclusivity. \nWhitney Hill\, Founder and Director of SPORK!\, will provide a unique perspective from the nonprofit sector. SPORK! is a trailblazing 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to amplifying the voices and experiences of individuals with cognitive\, physical\, and non-apparent disabilities. Managed and directed by people with disabilities themselves\, SPORK! stands at the forefront of advocating for authentic representation and inclusivity within communities and businesses. \nThis program was inspired by Sudberry’s article\, “Combat Inclusion-Washing as We Advocate for Inclusive Design\,” in the recent Inclusive Design Issue of the Design Museum Magazine (now Unfold Magazine).
