Through mapping human journeys across sectors including retail\, technology\, entertainment\, QSR\, healthcare\, and transportation\, Aidan has developed a streamlined process and toolkit for planning\, understanding\, analyzing\, and improving experiences of all kinds. \nAidan currently works as the Director of Human Insights at Human-ology\, a data-driven strategy consultancy that helps brands grow in the ever changing human landscape.
