Through dialogue and shared perspectives\, we’ll examine barriers that keep resilience initiatives on the back burner and spark ideas for collaboration across sectors. We’ll be joined by panelists: \n\nAnyeley Hallová\, CEO and Founder of Adre. Anyeley is a seasoned real estate developer with two decades of expertise in the built environment\, is the visionary behind Adre. This equity-centered development firm aims to pioneer projects fostering social and economic prosperity for marginalized groups in real estate. Adre\, a certified woman-owned\, minority-owned\, and emerging small business in Oregon\, reflects Anyeley’s commitment to inclusive development practices.\nJohn Wasiutynski\, Director\, Multnomah Couty Office of Sustainability. John leads Multnomah County programs and policies that advance equity\, prosperity\, and environmental health. Under his leadership\, the County has updated its joint Climate Action Plan with the City of Portland\, launched the clean energy finance program PropertyFit Oregon\, advocated for stronger air quality regulations\, and set the ambitious goal of transitioning to 100% renewable energy by 2050.\nJay Wilson\, Resilience Coordinator\, Clackamas County Disaster Management. Jay spearheads the County’s efforts to reduce risks and assess hazards including flood\, earthquake\, wildfire\, volcano\, and climate change impacts. Wilson is the past-Chair (2014-17) of the Oregon Seismic Safety Policy Advisory Commission (OSSPAC) and previously worked for Oregon Emergency Management as the Earthquake\, Tsunami\, and Volcano Programs Coordinator and for five years as a Mitigation Reservist with FEMA Regions IX and X.\nCharles M. Kelley Jr.\, AIA\, NCARB\, LEED AP BD+C\, Principal\, Green Urban Design\, LLC. Charles has 37 years of experience in architecture and urban design\, Charles works at every scale of planning and design in the making of resilient places through his company Green Urban Design LLC. He works with clients to implement sustainable urban design approaches aimed at developing equitable\, low-carbon\, and resilient neighborhoods.\nCarly Harrison\, SVP of Real Estate at Albina Vision Trust. Carly leads all real estate efforts as AVT undertakes the restorative redevelopment of 94 acres in Portland’s Lower Albina district.
