Workshop: Introduction to Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS)
Register for the virtual Introduction to Visual Thinking Strategies session, which teaches the VTS facilitation methodology using visual stimuli.
Develop new skills in the New Year! Register for a virtual Introduction to Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS) session on Thursday, January 29, 11am ET / 8am PT with Hailey Group VTS@Work-certified facilitator Catherine Clarke.
Visual Thinking Strategies is a facilitation methodology that uses art or visual stimuli to encourage group participation and critical thinking. Practicing VTS can help you support your team to contribute and respond to projects, peers, or clients based on their unique lived experience. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding and comfort with utilizing VTS in the workplace and in their leadership practice.
This 60-minute virtual visual thinking strategies session utilizes neutral subject matter—visual art—to introduce the VTS methodology and guide the discussion. The workshop is facilitated by Catherine Clarke. As the facilitator, her role is to paraphrase, connect ideas, and hold multiple perspectives at once, provide positive encouragement, validation, and acknowledge that every observation is critical within the discussion.
