Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS) for Inclusive Leadership Workshop
Join us for a virtual training program that provides an introduction to Visual Thinking Strategies, a methodology that fosters inclusivity, psychological safety, and collaboration in the workplace.
Join us on December 17, 11:00 am ET / 8:00 am PT for an introduction to Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS), a methodology that fosters inclusivity, psychological safety, and collaboration in the workplace. This 90-minute virtual workshop is designed for anyone who leads teams, facilitates discussions, and/or coordinates between diverse groups. You’ll learn how to adapt your communication style to be inclusive to different audiences, using evidence-based reasoning to ensure all voices contribute to a shared understanding.
Led by VTS-certified facilitator Catherine Clarke, Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS) is a facilitation methodology that uses art or visual stimuli to encourage group participation and critical thinking. This workshop is not just for design and creative professionals — Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS) has proven value across industries, including business, healthcare, and education, and helps leaders move away from “command and control” to truly unlock their team’s collective potential. No prior experience with VTS is necessary! The session is limited to 25 participants.
