Aidan Borer is a researcher, strategist, and designer with over a decade of experience advising organizations on how to orchestrate more meaningful and human-centric experiences. Through mapping human journeys across sectors including retail, technology, entertainment, QSR, healthcare, and transportation, Aidan has developed a streamlined process and toolkit for planning, understanding, analyzing, and improving experiences of all kinds.
Aidan currently works as the Director of Human Insights at Human-ology, a data-driven strategy consultancy that helps brands grow in the ever changing human landscape. He also proudly serves as a board member of CoDesign Collaborative.
