Open Source Wellness
Elizabeth Markle, Ph.D. & Benjamin Emmert-Aronson, Ph.D., Co-Founders
Move. Nourish. Connect. Be. We’re living through a challenging time, our wellness and wellbeing are so important right now (and always!). Open Source Wellness is a new model for improving personal and community health.
How many times have you gone to the doctor and they said, you need to eat better or you need to exercise or you need to reduce stress — but then they say goodbye and provide no way to actually make these things happen? “See you in 6 months,” they say. As Co-Founder of Open Source Wellness, Elizabeth Markle, Ph.D. says:
How ridiculous would it be if a doctor said, ‘you’re going to need antibiotics, good luck finding them! I’ll see you in 6 months.’”
Open Source Wellness is the behavioral pharmacy, the delivery system for health behavior change. Co-Founders, Markle and Benjamin Emmert-Aronson, Ph.D., designed it to be affordable, accessible, culturally flexible, and fun. Because health and wellbeing shouldn’t be a luxury item and it shouldn’t be a lonely chore.
Join us to learn about this new model for behavioral healthcare delivery. We’ll connect, move, and learn how to design our own wellness experiences.
