With a BFA in photography, Sarah originally envisioned her career as a photojournalist traveling the world, grant-to-grant. However, when she started working at a project management firm in Boston to pay back student loans, she quickly realized she had a passion for connecting place, people, and community. Since then, she has worked nationally and globally in strengthening company cultures through interior projects and people.

Doing this as both an end user and service provider has given her a unique perspective on how we approach our workplace. She believes that we are always evolving in the world of work and it is our job as leaders to stay ahead, foster, and embrace these shifts. 15 years later, she is still doing what she loves as the Director of Workplace Experience at Simple Finance.
